I was recommended to come here and check if I could get my overlocker pedal fixed rather than buy a new one.Although at first they thought they couldn't, David said he would try to fix it. Not only did he do an amazing job, he charged a fraction of the price of a new one!I will definitely be back any time I need repairs, or new parts for my machines.

This family owned business is just the best! great range of fabrics and notions, great classes, superior servicing of machines and fantastic people in general :) even though I now live in the North East of Adelaide, I wouldn't trust my machines to anyone else!

We popped in yesterday so the wife could ask some questions. Wow did they exceed expectations, fantastic service. We got a great demo on some new sewing machines and the wife was wrapped. I think they spent around 20 minutes helping us with no garauntees of a sale and were so good.I'm pretty sure that they have made a customer for life out of us. The shop was full of machines, materials and lots of things I didn't know about but was also clean and appeared to be well sorted.Great place and great people.

Having only a very basic machine, I called up for some advice when looking for a new machine to sew apparel.Cathy had great phone etiquette, was very kind and knowledgeable about the sewing machine I was looking at, and gave me information about other machines to help me make the best choice.The machine itself seems to be a workhorse, and I got it at a great price on special.5/5 great business, would recommend!
