Sophie Fowler is my brilliant Remedial Massage Therapist. Sophie is doing an amazing job of ’unravelling’ decades of my neck and back issues. Sophie is excellent and I highly recommend her.

The best remedial massage therapist I've experienced (and I've seen a few). Malgosia is knowledgeable and thorough, listens closely, and is also a lovely person. She cleared my three-day tension headache in an hour, and I slept better that night than I had in weeks. Exceptional.

Malgosia is an amazing massage therapist. Been seeing her for 2 years and every time I see her, I’m relieved of pain. She is able to find the knots and works on the muscles to loosen them up. I have been to a lot of massage therapist and by far Malgosia is the best. I highly recommend her.

Wow - I have had literally hundreds of massages in my time, but I can tell you that this woman is by far the best, in fact she has ruined me for ever being able to enjoy a massage from another person because no one now compares. I am currently pregnant and really struggling with all the aches and pains that comes with pregnancy so I decided to book in with Sophie for an hour pregnancy massage. From the moment I walked into Sophie’s practice I felt so relaxed. Sophie was so friendly and greeted me with a big smile. Sophie communicated very clearly with me and asked me a few questions before she started. During the massage sophie was very accommodating with all the different aches and pains I had. I could have fallen asleep during the massage. It was the most relaxing and enjoyable massage I have ever had. After Sophie gave me the massage I was so appreciative I gave her a big hug. It was so nice having someone who has gone through pregnancy and so understanding of my situation.It’s now been 2 weeks since the massage and I have had no aches or pain. I highly recommend Sophie if you are after a massage. I will definitely be booking in again. During pregnancy and after.
