All I can put on this review is dont dare fall even 5 days behind in your rent other wise you will be issued a breach notice, even though rent it fixed up the following week and you have informed them of this. Then they try and charge u for 5 new vertical blinds that only need a drap replaced, would have been happy enough to take my money if I had not questioned this.. Anyone who rents through this real estate just be prepared to have the place in the exact same state it was when u entered 6yrs ago ..would never recommend them to anyone I know .

Honest and EthicalWe recently purchased a small acreage property from Mark Mauch. We found him to be open and honest to deal with, all negotiations were handled professionally and his communication between all parties was clear and concise. In our experience the best agents have excellent relationships with both sellers and buyers alike, Mark is one of those agents. Having spoken to the sellers of the property we purchased after the contract was completed, they too felt that Mark is on top of his game in the local area. We would have no hesitation in engaging Mark to sell a property as his local area knowledge and negotiation skills are fantastic and his direct no- nonsense approach is refreshing in todays world.

Buying a house.Unfortunately the ethics of this real estate came into question this weekend. Earlier last week I emailed a couple of offers on a property and they responded to my first offer with a counter offer of 5k less than asking (ignored my secondoffer). At that point I was happy to keep looking.I revisited the listing on Saturday where I rung and made an offer on the house 10k less than asking, I was called back 5min later asking if I would increase by 5k. Clearly they had forgotten I declined that amount days prior or were simply trying to jack up the price again. Responding no, the agent said the owner was actually happy to accept my offer, made a point to congratulate me and asked me to email my details for the contract. I did that within a couple hours.What this meant is I didnt put in an offer with two other local properties as I had just purchased a house right?14 hours later (the following morning) I received a phone call from the agent saying another party had matched my offer over night and I quote would you like to increase your offer to secure the property" explaining the other party had seen the property and they didn't have a subject to inspection.I stated that my offer had been accepted and she had congratulated me
