The team at Delta Force helped make it a great experience for my group, Ryan and Ethan brought immaculate vibes on and off the fields while also catering to our first timers, I would highly recommend Delta Force Paintball if your interested in having a memorable time!

I bought discount tickets that advertised itself as including body armour which we were not given on the day, also when booking online it said that the $25 per person which ended up being $26.50 included 100 paintballs which were also not given to us. The discount tickets also advertised itself with game zones that the Delta Force Paintball area did not include which was disappointing. The game zones at delta force were very lackluster for the price, with a normal $40 entrance fee ($9 for me) and $26.60 for 100 paintballs that were not given I wonder how they have the gall to charge so much money. I did have fun but the cost of paintball was so high for what was ultimately a painful and hot experience.

We had a Fantastic day with a group of friends who were a little nervous, but keen. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. They really made everyone feel special. Would highly recommend for a fun time.

Dear Owner, sorry to give you 1 star. Today I had a very bad experience and It's just because of one employee and his name is Mark (Asian guy) who was very rude.If you want to thrive in this business just get rid of him. Seriously he doesn't know what is customer service. He doesn't know how talk/behave Infront of kids and kid's parents. No manners and very bad attitude.

Paintball in itself is a fun sport for all ages. The ACT is the only location in Australia that caters to miniball" for 8 year olds and over (to my knowledge). (Paintball restrictions for under 16yo's).Cost of the experience varies by user ability and their use of paint ball projectiles. Basically you'll require at least 3 clips (45 rounds) of ammunition per course per session. Longer sessions will require more ammunition

The website advertises kids party packs at $14.95. When you try an book the cheapest package you can book is $49.99. What a joke.

The place has a lovely atmosphere. The people are knowledgeable and helpful, giving new adventures for you to try. I would not just love to go there again, which I intend to do, but also would love to give a massive thanks to Jake and the rest of the staff for such a memorable trip.

Do not book a party with this dodgy company!After booking weeks in advance for my son's birthday party, Delta Force Paintball Canberra called me two days before the party to say they couldn't honour our booking as they didn't receive any other bookings for that day (despite assuring us countless times prior to payment that they always receive multiple party bookings on a Saturday). Even though they were the ones cancelling, they said we could not have a refund, only a credit.Be very aware of extra charges that will appear on your credit card statement for international fees. The manager tried to claim I was the first customer this has ever happened to however I can see from many reviews this is not the case.Customers who have been ripped off by this company, be aware you can contact your bank and request a charge back to your credit card when no goods or services have been received.We were lucky and managed to recoup our money (including the dodgy international fees), but I'm posting this review so others are aware they have options in regards to getting their money back.

To your response- I have phoned you 4 times requesting a refund and emailed you 3 times. Your reply to contact you is an insult 3 weeks after I sent the review.OUTRAGEOUS- RIP OFF It cost over $1100 for 14 kids aged 11 to 16. Who spends that money on a birthday party.The facilities were tired and over 47 kids were in one battle in a confined space. Absolutely disgusting. The staff were at odds and not helpful at all.I contacted the agency 5 times to discuss and request a refund with NO reply.DO NOT USE PAINTBALL in Canberra unless you have money to burn!!!

I took three 14 year old boys here to play miniball to celebrate son's birthday and they literally had a ball.I bought the pack with 500 balls for each player, and goggles and overalls comes with the price. They played three games with other players and had spare ammo to have a quick shoot of each other at the end. Brought lots of food and water and it all went.Their Marshall (Nick) was excellent: upbeat, helpful and gave each player useful tips.It wasn't a cheap birthday celebration (around 216 dollars) but in the words of one 14 year old boy there: best birthday party ever!
