Rubbish service, miss cut my piece and now told I have to wait till January next year for replacement piece. Lady was rude on the phone, should have gone with Uniq Stone as with kitchen. Much better experience and service

We had SteedForm install Essastone benchtops and splashbacks to a new kitchen.It was a nice result until a benchtop developed a crack. Representatives each from SteedForm and Essastone inspected and took photos, but it seems neither can agree on who should rectify. Our attempts to communicate then fell on deaf ears.

We engaged Steedform to supply and fit our Silestone worktops for our Kitchen renno. The process was quick, and straightforward - and a lot cheaper than we were expecting. The team were very diligent and kept us in close communication when delivery was complicated by my family getting Covid. They always turned up on time and did their best to make us happy. There were a couple of problems, largely outside of Steedform's control (one of which was caused by me, as I built the kitform kitchen), but Sarah, Ann and the team were very approachable and keen to resolve the issues. They didn't push back, they didn't become difficult; they committed themselves to good customer service and fixed the issues quickly and without complaint. No one wants an issue with anything that's custom manufactured, but I'm pleased that Sarah and the team were the ones we had to deal with to rectify our problem. For that, and the straightforward process (and the sharp price) I recommend Steedform.Andrew Batty, Rosewater SA.

A great company that provided outstanding service - from the measuring, the updates on timeframes, answering my questions over the phone and the installation. Be very careful using this company. They cut a minor piece from our $7000 marble slab for our bathroom. After 6 months of trying to get the remainder for another bathroom we've been told that they always discard the offcuts. Hardly an offcut in this case and only a fool would discard valuable marble.The response below is simply not true. The cabinet installer was given a different reason by this company, that the owners were asked to let the company know what we wanted to do with the remainder and didn't bother to answer. Both reasons are untrue and until now - over six months - we have had no response to our enquiries.
