Had a burst pipe under bathroom sink. Derek not only provided a fast, efficient service, he explained what the issue was, what to look out for and what to do if issue ever happens again. Derek is friendly and professional and cleaned up thoroughly on completion. Highly recommend Derek and Granata. Excellent service.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Granata Plumbing. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. I was also impressed with the level of transparency regarding costs and how tidy they left my place. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Derek from Granata Plumbing PTY LTD supplied and installed a “new”mixer tap, that turned out to be faulty. I ask Derek if at his leisure, would he please attend to the faulty leaking mixer tap that he had installed.10 DAYS later, I still had a leaking mixer tap!! Derek from Granata Plumbing hadn’t Bothered to attend. I called Derek, and was told that “ my job was too far away from Derek’s home to attend to the faulty mixer tap”, that was supplied and installed by Derek from Granata’s Plumbing.Derek has only refunded the cost of the mixer tape but would not refund the full invoice. So I’m out of pocket as I have had to call a plumber to remove the Granata Plumbing’s faulty mixer tap!! And install a new mixer fitted.

Derek was very clear about the issue and resolved it quickly. Friendly and professional, on time and upfront with costs. I highly recommend him.

Derek was responsive and came right away as it was an emergency. Derek's knowledge was bang on and was able to problem solve the issue quickly. Derek provided possible issues and solutions. in the end was able to unblock the drain and did a jet blast... explained the plumbing and what to look out for in future. Derek disinfected the sewage area and cleaned up the rubbish without hesitation. Highly recommend and will reach out for upcoming work.
