Karen is wonderful withour rescues. She's even taught me tells that I didn't realise. Her knowledge of greyhounds is invaluable... and my neurotic blue loves seeing her!! My laid back black freaks out in baths... but trusts her implicitly.Highly recommend.Reading previous negative response... it was nothing to do with the service - just criticism? Makes me wonder. Karen loves furbabies... and was not afraid to point out that I missed my black's anxiety... I am grateful.To me that says more about the reviewer...makes me wonder if her opinion didn't have much to do with the best interest of the dog.

Karen is absolutely fantastic, my lab Roxy loves her bath every month, and stays clean until the next bath...Karen clipped my other dog Brontes nails on her last visit and did the best job.. thank you Karen, as well as being a wonderful caring dog washer, you are also a beautiful, patient and understanding person, nothing is a problem for you.... I recommend your dog wash 100%

Karen is the absolute best. Both our girls are rescues and really hated baths, so much so that my husband and I couldn't hold them down long enough to really wash them! Karen is so patient and kind, you can tell she really loves animals. I often catch her singing to our dogs while washing them, so sweet! They get so excited to see Karen when they hear the trailer arrive every fortnight. Karen is also punctual, reliable and honest - I will never stop recommending her!

Arrogant bussiness owner who cannot take any criticism at all. I do not recommend using this dog washing service please avoid it .Not only is the service subpar and rushed , but if you complain about it in any way she will get very defensive and storm of refusing to come back .A little communication goes a long way when a customer gives critism. Maybe you should do your best to talk with them calmy and work something out, instead of getting defensive and storming off .Its really weird to me because Karen is a very nice person it seems at first untill you complain or give her critism.

Aussie Pooch Mobile Dog Wash
Karen came to wash our rescue dog, and I'm pretty sure it was his first every bath. He was petrified. Karen was gentle, understanding, thorough and I can't recommend her highly enough. She did what was best for the dog, and us as it was distressing to see him so frightened. She was on time. I'd recommend Karen to anyone - she's the dog whisperer.
