Aristocats Feline Day Spa

Makes my cat look adorable, he’s a big boy.The service is also excellent, the receptionist is very professional.

Unfortunately this groomer breaches your privacy as a client.I recently went to another groomer in Brisbane that is a little closer and mentioned that we went to Aristocats a few years ago. At the end of the groom, my new groomer mentioned she had reached out to Aristocats and then listed all of my family member’s names (past and present) that use Aristocats and their cats that attend. I was quite surprised - surely there is some level of confidentially when it comes to your clients?? My family members certainly didn’t give permission for their information to be shared with this groomer.Very poor privacy standards, particularly in this day and age of continual data breaches.

If we could give 10 stars we would! Our beautiful kitten went in for his first pamper session today and he was so calm and relaxed at the day spa as well as at home afterwards. Generally he is quite timid around new people but he seemed perfectly comfortable. It brings us peace knowing he was not sedated and received such great care and attention during his appointment. Now he is home looking so clean and tidy (and smelling amazing) as well as having the softest fur ever! We cannot wait to return for our future bi-monthly appointments!

The purfect place for pampering your spoilt cats. They have helped greatly with shredding and having a sanitary cut prevents dags.

I highly recommend Aristocats, Sarah is fantastic with our 2 Ragdoll cats Neo and Stark. We moved from Western Suburbs into the CBD and we still make the trip back to Aristocats. Both the cats love Sarah and she does an exceptional job grooming them. They look amazing everytime we pick them up. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

I have been taking our fluffy to Aristocats for about the past 4-5 years.Service has been great, and she looks and feels wonderful after a grooming.Most importantly she never complains about going, therefore it suggests to me that she is well looked after.Highly recommend that you try Aristocats.

Another fabulous visit for my cat Mishka. She comes out clean, clipped, smelling divine and my allergies settle down again. A very professional business where my cat is well cared for and all consideration given to her personality.

It was my furbaby Sooty's 1st grooming experience ever at Aristocats. I was slightly concerned about how he would react as he is generally quite timid and afraid of strangers and he does not like being bathed. But he was clearly in good hands and was made to feel safe and comfortable. He looked amazingly calm and his coat was soo soft and fully dematted and he smelt wonderful when we picked him up. I will definately be taking him back and I highly recommend Aristocats +++++

We have been taking our Himalayan for a bi-monthly groom for a bit under a year now and absolutely love the service and compassion. As someone with major anxiety about leaving my furr baby with others it’s such a relief having a kind, caring and understanding person to take care of our girl. She’s a grumpy little thing but always loves her lion cut and is like a new cat when we bring her home. We look forward to bringing our older boy in for the occasional groom as well as we know he will be in good hands!

Sarah has made my fat tip rat cat into a sleek new gentleman (but still fat) :) His first ever groom so I was a bit worried about him but Sarah was so gentle and lovely with him when she first met us that I had no qualms about his appointment. So happy!
