Tim was very friendly and professional! He arrived on time, explained entire process and systematically worked through to identify the gas leakage. He replaced faulty gas cock re tested the line and had our central heater up and running very quickly. I highly recommend Tim. I called Tim to complete a gas safety test on rental property. Originally I used different company that charged 3 time more and claimed they can't complete the test due to access to stove regulator and quoted extra for relocating the regulator. Tim simply removed the kitchen drawer and gained full access. He also explained that this type of regulator is tested from main switch. Saved me from being ripped off. Tim communication was great, he is punctual, honest and provides professional service. Will use him again in future.

Thanks Tim for his awesome service. We called him Sunday morning for a broken leaking hot water unit. He kindly instructed me closed the cold water tap via facetime without any charge. That fixed the urgent water leaking problem, allowed us could continue using water. Then he recommended a new good quality hot water unit with fair price includes installation. Next day he came on time, installed the new unit, tested, clean up, moved the old aside road. excellent work!!!

I rang Tim on a Sunday regarding a failed Hot water system. He responded almost straight away. He came and quoted the next day, giving me lots of information and options. The work was completed the following day. I was so impressed with Tim’s professionalism and the quality of his work. The price was very reasonable too. Steve.

I cannot recommend Tim and his service more highly. My call was returned within 5 minutes and after discussions over my lack of hot water Tim made me aware that a new hot water unit was needed. Tim helped assess what my needs were in relation to size of unit our household needed and within 24 hour the unit was delivered and installed with the minimum of fuss. Tim arrived exactly on time , the unit had already been delivered and without any hesitation it was installed and up and running. I would not hesitate in having Tim back again should I need further plumbing issues looked into.

Tim was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and did an outstanding job. Our task wasn't the simplest but Tim managed to come up with solutions to all the problems we had and installed our new sink, taps and stove top perfectly within a very awkward and confined kitchen space. Will definitely hire again.

Came out 11 months ago to repair Toilet overflow and shower head leak.Was prompt and professional.Toilet has now started overflowing again with the same problem.I've left numerous voicemail messages on Tim's mobile to contact me. He is not returning my calls.I can only assume that he is no longer interested in small jobs?A courtesy call back would be professional to advise that he isn't available?

Tim came and replaced our very old hot water service and was prompt in service. The job was done very efficiently and at a fair price. The site was left clean. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will use him for again if I have further plumbing or gas issues. He is local in the Bentleigh area and offers a 24 hour service, which is handy to know if a plumbing emergency arises.
