I went to fix a laptop. They advised me that for the price of repairs I would be better off buying a new budget priced laptop. Friendly and honest.They also helped repair my mobile phone which I dropped into the ocean during a fishing trip. I thought I was going to lose all my photos, after being told by a few other repair shops that it couldn't be repaired. Took it to iResQ, was repaired within a few days. Now I recommend iresq to all my family and friends. Thank you guys

I took an iPad in for repair and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. The price was fair. It was ready on time and the job was done. Well what more do you want from a repair company? Very happy customer.

I had just one issue with my laptop: the numeric keys were not working, everything else was working perfectly fine. I had been using the online keyboard function since months and I decided to finally repair it. Going to this place was the biggest mistake ever! They called to tell now there is an additional issue with the laptop, the screen is continuously flickering. I have NEVER experienced this issue even once since the day I got it. It was working completely fine upto the day I gave it to them. The laptop has definitely been mishandled by them but they refuse to take any ownership of this NEW issue which never existed before. There are scratches all over. They asked me to pay more money to fix the new issue of screen flickering (which I NEVER experienced a single time till this hour). When I asked the representative how the screen is flickering suddenly she said she has no idea. Big money making SCAM. Not professional at all.REPLY to below reponse: you have not allowed the option to respond to your reply, which itself shows how competent the service is.1. I was never shown any CCTV footage.2. CCTV footage can easily be manipulated by you. I would not trust it.3. The shop that I went to after coming to your shop clearly told me that someone had damaged the motherboard while trying to remove the keyboard. I NEVER had the issue of the flickering screen before.4. At least own up if you have damaged the customer's equipment further.5. There were no scratches on my laptop before. All the wear and tear" happened at your shop.I didn't see any option allowing me to respond to your reply so I had to reply here."

My friend was recommended me this store to repair my laptop. My laptop was making noise and overheating. I thought it might need a new fan. Brought in for diagnosis. She told me the laptop just need to clean. Within 30 minutes got my laptop back no more noise or overheat ,laptop run smoother. Excellent job, Reasonable price, would recommended! Good and excellent service. I broke my phone screen, and one of my friends recommend me here. As there are customers in store, so I told him to fix it as soon possible as he can. The staff is quite helpful, i hadn't image that could be so fast, as this normally takes a day in an Apple Store. I only wait for three hours and get my newly phone. Amazing! Definitely recommend!!!

Great service and really honest . I went to get new screen for iPhone 7 as I thought mine was cracked . The guys looked at it and told me it was only screen saver, could have changed me for a new screen. It was surprising to find someone so honest and not trying to rip u off. So I really recommend them.

Excellent service!!! My iPhone 6 got a cracked screen and water damage. It is now good as new after the repair, they also fitted a new tempered glass screen protector for me.Very good pricing, I went to ask for quotes from a few other shops but iResQ gave me the cheapest rate . Very friendly and helpful staff, they informed me how much everything will cost before doing any work and also briefly explain the procedure, got everything done in very reasonable time.
