Paris's kitchen croydon

Fantastic food and best price and also very beautiful decorations and super nice staff. I tried their pizza. I can definitely say it was the best pizza that I have had during 3 years living in Melbourne. I live in the city but I will definitely come back to Croydon to try their food again.

Look, for the most part. Food is really good. I’ve ordered here for the last 3-4 weeks in a row. Can’t really complain with the food.Today I order with friends over and spend well over $100. Part of the order included 2 meat lovers parmas. The order was placed via door dash.The order arrives, and there’s 1 Parma missing. I call the store to ask what happened. The lady says she made it and everything, but then after it was cooked, she thought I didn’t pay for it so didn’t send it. At no point did she have the decency to call me and ask and maybe clarify what happened? She refused to listen and send another Parma, simply told me to take it up with DoorDash. She simply told me I didn’t pay and hung up.I called DoorDash. They confirmed I paid for everything and didn’t know why they said I didn’t. They tried to arrange a 3 way call with the restaurant to resolve but they suggested the restaurant kept disconnecting their call and thus we were unable to resolve.I spoke to the lady at Paris kitchen and she had the nerve to tell me to place another order and pay for it if I wanted another Parma sent to me. Really disappointing customer service. Not even a courtesy call to discuss. Simply just writes it off. After over an hour waiting for delivery with 6 kids and 4 adults we have people missing out. Not good enough.Sometimes stuff happens with the delivery apps, and it’s out of the restaurants control, but in this situation the restaurant has the full and complete order paid for and decided to make a stupid assumption that it it wasn’t paid. Completely on the restaurant.Left an incredibly sour taste in my mouth and when I tried to introduce them to friends they’ve now let them down too. Won’t be using them again out of principal.

Best Persian food we’ve had in Melbourne.Persian pizza is a must try! It’s the chef’s special and it’s not on the menu. So make sure you ask for it if you want to try it. The Barg kebab is also the best!Polite and friendly staff!

First time ordered here, the Persian kebab was very nice and fresh. Would definitely order again! Thank you , and keep up the good work:)

The first time we ate at this place, we got a pizza, two kebabs and an famous Persian curry. The curry and pizza were amazing but the kebab was below average. The second time we only ordered pizza. The quality wasn't as good as the first time but it wasn't too bad so we stopped going to the restaurant for a while. After a couple months, we again ordered pizza. This time it was terrible. The pizza stinkked! I tried a few bites but threw almost the whole pizza away. The lamb wasn't freshly made and it might have been off.

What an amazing restaurant/pizza place right on our doorstep. The grilled lamb shish was delicious. All the meals were superb and the staff are super friendly. Will be sure to come here again.

We visited this place for the first time and will for sure go again as the food was very good even there were busy at the time we visit.The place is quite and nice, there are many way to improve but it is an excellent place as a local option in Croydon. Kebab is very good.Would definitely sugget to friends.

My friends and I could not agree on what we wanted and we stumbled on this place. Not only do they offer everything you can imagine, but everything is delicious and incredibly filling. I'd absolutely recommend the lamb souvlaki, the best I've had in Australia. Nice staff too!

We stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier. The food is amazing! They serve a variety of different foods which are all delicious but the Persian food is the best in Melbourne. It is a family friendly and the staff are really lovely. I highly recommend this place.
