If I could give 6 stars I would! I had such a wonderful shopping experience in this store today, just wanted to say a big thanks to Grace, Emily & Rubani for being such friendly, helpful and down to earth sales people! As a business owner myself, these are the kind of staff any company should feel lucky to have! They were so genuinely kind and helpful, super professional and absolute stars! The best customer service I’ve experienced in a LONG time & because of it, I spent a hefty amount of money today! Wouldn’t have spent half as much if it wasn’t for these lovely ladies! Thanks so much guys! Will be sure to be shopping here more often ! Xx

I had the worst experience in this store. As soon as I walked through the door the sales assistant attached herself to me and started asking an ever increasingly prying string of questions. At first I was just polite but after a while I started to just give monosyllabic responses but she wouldn't take the hint and kept on harassing me. In the end she was asking me quite personal things about my work and what hours I do and when I have time off and it seemed very strange as I was was making it so obvious I just wanted her to leave me alone but she just kept on going! I've heard this is a technique sales assistants can use if they think someone looks a bit derro, like they might be about to steal a heap of stuff, so it made me feel paranoid that maybe she thought I looked dodgy. But I swear I was just wearing normal clothes and looked quite presentable so I'm not sure why she wouldn't leave me alone. I actually have a few Kookai things at home and could have bought something today but I didn't even have a chance to look at the clothes between dealing with her harassing me and I certainly didn't feel like buying anything after going through all that. I don't know if maybe she has difficulties reading peoples' body language that she's making them feel uncomfortable? In the end I just left. :(

Recently went into a store (I know right?!). I found the in store representatives helpful and friendly. They answered my questions and put up with my fussiness. Big bonus is the clothing is all made in Fiji. One of my new favourite stores. It was clean, well presented and staff where attentive, responsive, respectful and friendly.

The worst brand ever! once you buy something then try to return it you will NEVER get your mony back!

My daughter received the worst customer service I have ever experienced at the Greville Street store on Sunday morning. My daughter returned a faulty garment and was treated with such disdain by the assistant, without so much as an apology for the inconvenience it caused my daughter The assistant's body language and rude attitude made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Such great service from other Kookai stores, but this particular assistant at Greville Street on this day, was a disgrace and an embarrassment to the brand.

The manager and staff at this Kookai location are absolutely lovely and amazing. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at this location.

Worst customer service, I was in the change room and asked a girl for another size and she didn’t even look and immediately said she didn’t have any other sizes, when I knew they had it. She stood around at the counter doing nothing and I fully had to go get it myself. She only was nice to me when I decided to get the top
