Trit House - Sydney Showroom

Worst customer service I have experienced. The product (2 side tables) were damaged and unusable. We were told to return them for a refund as they didnt have others to replace them with. Because we didnt return them in their original boxes (the boxes broke as the items are extremely heavy) they have withheld a 20% restocking" fee on the refund. There is NO restocking as the items cannot be sold to anyone else. Had we changed our mind or didnt like the items then I can fully understand however this is just unacceptable. They refuse to allow me to speak to anyone at head office to resolve this and the directors are also "unavailable". Fair Trading will now be taking this over..."

Trithouse has a great selection of furniture and home decor items. So far, I've placed 3 orders with them and I love all the items I got.However, in the last 6 months, the delivery process has been shambolic. After placing orders, I am informed that items are not in stock and will be delayed. I understand there is a global supply chain problem on top of the staff issues due to covid.The problem is that customer expectations are not managed. Items show on the website like stock is readily available (but in reality aren't).Things are dispatched" and you don't hear back for weeks. I had to follow up by calling and they had to contact the warehouse for an update. For one of my orders

Really happy with not only the product but also the level of service. We visited the store in sydney and received great sales support, followed by the flexibility of holding the stock in their warehouse for free till our end home was getting ready. I also ordered from other stores who forced us to collect the items or pay for storage, However the team at Trit House was quite helpful and provided us the flexibility with storing the products. The chairs got delivered finally and they look great !!! Highly recommend their products and service ...

My experience at Trit House has been quite honestly, brilliant. Zac and WendyL at the Redfern showroom have been so helpful and incredibly professional. Follow up is prompt and throughout the journey I’ve been given updates without needing to prompt. Zac is incredibly knowledgeable and can assist with colour and ideas.In terms of delivery, they work with quality partners who understand how to deliver with care and assemble the products with ease (additional service).Great range, competitive pricing and offering a selection of furniture that is set apart from other retailers which I love.

I was looking for outdoor dining table / chairs. I went to Trit website but wasn’t sure about buying furniture online. So I went to the store in Redfern and was really impressed with the product looks and quality. I must say that they are one of best online furniture shop in Australia. The store manager, Wendy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I bought the outdoor dining set and am a happy man. Truly recommended guys!

I have ordered twice from this store, and we all know ordering online can be scary if your concerned about quality and actual appearance.I can say, both times I have loved my products. First were two beautiful stools, super comfy to sit on and beautiful look and quality. Second item was an ottoman, again quality was really nice, and it went really well with my decor.Excellent and prompt customer service also! Will definitely shop again!

Trit house was fantastic. Have found them on google. I ordered all new dining chairs for our home . The young man was so helpful. great communication from the start. Delivery was seamless, all the chairs assembled and the rubbish taken away. Highly recommend and such a pleasant surprise. Thank you!

Really impressed with the variety and also high quality of furniture at Trit house. The showroom is also really well designed so you don’t feel overwhelmed trying to look at everything! The staff are very help and attentive too and helped me source a side table for my lounge which I love!
