BP ALPINE BRIGHT
Actually I went there for the country fried chicken. When you're staying at the parks in and around Bright you generally find yourself having big dinner gatherings with fellow campers. I saw the sign for CFC (Country Fried Chicken) last year and this time our family gave it a go. The chicken was fantastic and the rest of the family agreed. An easy way to cater for a large group whilst away. I don't even know why they bother with the fuel. Great job guys.

Stopped here and ordered Chicken Chunk combo, and Chicken burger combo, food was superb, beautifully cooked, chips nice and crunchy (never got soft or soggy like most tend to) had to go back the next day just to get more as liked it so much.Service was good , especially for a one man show, he was super nice,and friendly, will definitely stop here again on my next trip to Bright .

New operators have recently taken over. This premises for quite a few years have, in our opinion, served the best chips in Bright. Much better value than 'over the road'. And they are getting the range of options back to where it was a few years ago. Chicken burgers. Hamburgers are pretty good option as well. Yes the shop lokks a little dated but folks, dont judge a book by its cover. The proof is in the pudding. YUMMY!

Chips and chicken were very tasty and quickly delivered. Freshness was assured, as there were no chips waiting in a tray. Chicken is made by the owners, not from some commercial kitchen. Must try!Diesel was under $2, which is unusual to see these days.Great variety of cold drinks, both in size and label.

Great, friendly service. Curiously, the petrol here (and all through country NSW and Victoria) was way, way cheaper than Queensland metro!
