We have used ABI for all of the tapware and hardware in our new build. I am so impressed with the quality of the products, they look so premium and at such an affordable price. The customer service has also been amazing! In order for us complete fitting off our house before going to market, I had to order some cabinetry handles last minute. I contacted ABI and explained the situation, they dispatched my order that day and they arrived the morning after!! Wonderful customer service.

After receiving the Calista sink and gold plug waste from ABI I was excited to install my new products, unfortunately the standard screw provided for the plug wasn’t long enough to install however after messaging ABI they quickly had this rectified and sent out a longer screw express shipped without any fuss and at no cost. Thank you ABI for your fantastic after sale customer service and high quality products.

Architectural designer here. Had a up and coming project and sent out for a costing for hardware and fittings with ABI interiors. I received the costing with a 20% discount due to a sale they had on. I enquired if we could pay to take advantage of the sale and ABI interiors hold the stock until needed on site. I received a no to this request.When the hardware was required ABI would not hold to their original quotation and the price had increase some $2000 as the sale period had ended.Because of this I found ABI unhelpful to work with and not a company that would look to develop ongoing business relationships with others within the industry.

Terrible customer service. Not a soul in the store, stood around waiting to be acknowledged and provided with some information on products. Completely ignored while staff members were in the back swooning over a dog. After 10-15mins I thought obviously not interested in my business and left completely peeved off. Total waste of my time. Not the first time I’ve left this store disappointed with service and attitude of staff but it will be the last.

Have had shower heads installed for about two-years when a screaming sound started. Spoke to their customer service team and they had sent out a replacement part and explanation video within the week.The look of the products are great but certainly appreciate the quick work from the customer service team.

We love supporting local companies, and on our latest design project we used ABI interiors - we were so happy with the customer service, the new showroom is beautiful. The staff at the warehouse were very efficient and our order was ready for pick up in no time. In the bathroom we used the brushed brass tap wear and towel rails, which looked beautiful against the polished render, again by another local company, and in the kitchen the elysian in white. The curve of the tap wear ties in with the arches throughout the home, and looks stunning. Would definitely recommend ABI interiors.

I’ve ordered from ABI Interiors twice now and both times the customer service was outstanding. The sales staff were so pleasant, helpful and really know their products. My plumber was very impressed with the quality of the products and I was very happy with their competitive pricing.
