After a dismal marketing campaign from another real estate, I approached Ross who went out of his way to help and advise even before the house was officially listed with George Brand. The house was listed on the Monday and sold on the first open house on the Saturday for a terrific price. His communication skills, professionalism, market knowledge and friendliness were in stark contrast to the other real estate. Great communication, personable and knowledgeable. We viewed two properties with Mark and each time we had great experiences. We loved that he found time for us to view the properties before the public viewing and allowed us lots of time to wander through at our own pace and ask as many questions as possible.
