These guys were fantastic! From the first phone call to drop off, highly professional. Told them I didn't want to spend huge amounts as my car is old and they were honest and kept me updated, they found a possible solution which didn't break the bank and it has worked so far. If you’re thinking of getting your transmission looked at … just go straight to Col Voss at Brookvale. I had no idea where to go .. but was very lucky to have chosen Rhys and the team there. Col Voss have the highest level of expertise and knowledge but more importantly Rhys found the best solution for my BMW Automatic Transmission problem. I took my car to Col Vos with a transmission shudder. Rhys, the owner, said that a less expensive way to ameliorate the problem was to replace the transmission fluid with another special CVT fluid and shudder fix treatment. He did not guarantee success. He said the solution was successful for some people but not for others. I tried it and it worked. I would reccomend this buisness because of the honest , straight forward advice given to me by the owner.
