One of biggest woolies. Its always busy but the good thing you have stocks here. The staffs are friendly and good too. Being busy this place has lots of queues. And if your lucky, you will get to see some crowd of people getting the baby formula purchasing chaos.

The lady in checkout around 1pm was very rude. I did shopping in other stores and I placed the items under my pram. There I just bought cerelac my baby was so cranky and i asked my friend to wait me outside. I do know that its their responsibility and job to check people but literally she was like where did you got this show me? Where is the bill? Show me the chicken? Make sure you get the bill what you bought from next store? Seriously. She treat us like we are stealing from there. I feel like not going to shop their anymore. Disappointed by her behaviour. Rest is okay

I love this store. Always fresh veggies, lots of discounts and fare interesting and wide rewards program. What I love the most? Free fruits for kids and some seasonal gifts (crafting or origami paper this Xmas season).Mostly clean store and shelves.Love the magazine with offers, discounts.There are always lines at the counter in the evenings(((

Middle aged woman of Mediterranean ethnicity ie Italian or Greek possibly Macedonian. Her Attitude on the self checkout is poor. She's disrespectful to customers and her tone of voice is very unprofessional. I shall avoid this woman. Not good enough, poor customer service.

Good place to get the groceries. Very large store and huge availability of items. Very easy to find the good that you are looking for. Usually crowdy in weekends and have to wait long for the checkouts.

I was in Woolworths Hurstville today completed my transaction and left however when I got to my car I noticed I did not have my phone the last time I used it was in Woolworths so I went back see if it was still there unfortunately it was not so I approached Angel who advised me if I still have my docket they can check the video recording to see what happened. The manager Chris came and showed me the video and that I left with it in my hand Chris accompanied me to my car to call the phone in case it had fallen between the seats unfortunately it had no he then called my phone and it had been handed into the concierge Chris was so helpful what a great customer experience he gave me Thank you Chris and Angel for your help today

Every week I shop at Woolworths Hurstivile .Have always found most of the staff courteous and helpful .For the last 2 weeks I have been lucky enough to be served by a beautiful young girl called emaan .What a courteous ,respectful and lovely young girl .she has lifted all heavy bags into my trolly .Which as we know it’s our own problem to do that .Being an elderly lady and having been served at shops by younger people some can be respectable or just down right rude but emaan never failed to make my day better with her most precious smile. It has been very delightful and uplifting to my day .Thank You my dearest emaan. I look forward to seeing you every week.

I called Wollies Hurstville after a different wollies branch cancelled my online order for a couple of veggie wrap platters just 2 hours before the pick up time (although I gave them 2 days notice).. I called wollies Hurstville desperate and they agreed to get the platters ready for pick up in 2 hours!You guys are amazing.. Can't thank you enough!
