Ordered online, didn’t hear anything for several days, called, spoke to them 3 times. Said the online ordering system had issues and guaranteed they would have the product to me by Friday, which I said I needed it by. Product did not arrive, and I am annoyed as it’s the weekend now, if they had is been honest and told me it wasn’t going to arrive I would have sourced some on Friday. Now it’s the weekend and I’m stuffed. Not a good way to treat your customers.

Don’t promise something if you can’t deliver. Literally!Spoke with whom I presume was the owner Manny late Wednesday night regarding an urgent delivery I required the next day. He promised me if I had got the order in before 9.30am it would arrive the same day. I did as we had agreed then tried calling numerous times throughout the morning to confirm the order with no response. Finally someone named Danny had called me back saying the owner was in a meeting and would get back to me when he was done. Obviously no call. No response. No contact. By the afternoon I realised this transaction was not going to be completed as promised. Again I tried contacting them with no response. Finally Danny returned my call. I aired my frustration when he confirmed the order was not arriving as promised. I demanded the order be put in a taxi or Uber at their expense as I urgently required the rolls. Nothing came of that. I demanded Manny call me back but that was not to be either.As a business owner I pride myself on delivering what we promise. And if there ever was to be an incident where the customer may have been inconvenienced, we go above and beyond to fix the issue.I will not be using Posmart again and DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

Purchased and paid for paper rolls from website. Website said free freight. Then get email saying website did not add freight and asked for extra money. Better fix your website!!!!

They will email you later with extra freight costs. This is the second and last time. They can easily have freight cost per suburb on checkout sorted by now. Just false advertising with free shipping.

ordered rolls 8 days later they cancel the order with no explanation. Never ordering from them again. Should of read these reviews first

Purchased paper roll based on their website saying cheapest price guarantee and free shipping when order. after order, they said required $19 shipping. previous reviewer suffer the same issue and they had not corrected their website. dont waste your time mate

Was desperately needing the thermal rolls for the weekend and told this to a guy call Damien from posmart.Damien said he will sent out my order on the same day as we are only 50mins from them.We got them on Thursday afternoon.... legend..Thank you so so much !!!!
