So very warm and inviting! Great food selection and nice presentation.Wait staff were great and all seemed happy to be there.Also a great selection of toast to choose from! Bonus!

Lovely little Cafe in Kew/ Great Coffee & strawberry shortcake!! I would like to pick the cafe up & bring to Brisbane!! as that's where I am from !! When back in Melbourne will visit again!!

Amazing customer service from Maria, such a polite girl really pays attention to detail and has a friendly welcoming attitude.Hard to find service like this now, definitely will be returning

Visited today to have a quick bite and coffee. Stood waiting to be served.. after 15 minutes of staff walking past me without any acknowledgement I stopped a staff member and asked whether there was table service....I then found a table and waited for 20 minutes without anybody asking for my order...I just walked out... never had such a bad experience or lack of experience at a restaurant or Cafe in Melbourne... if you are in a hurry don't visit this place...

Been coming to Via Verona for years. The coffee has always been great and consistent. My favourite cake is the berry ricotta cake, lovely.

This one hits the spot for strong latte coffee. My most favourite find in Melbourne so far. Baked cheese cake is great too. Will be back to try iced coffee with ice cream ❤️

Stopped for a coffee - hadn't visited for a while - the place looked tired - a blackboard notice said 'display food only kitchen closed til further notice' - staff were busy but helpful - ordered coffee and cannoli - the cakes on display looked 'bought in' rather than their own productsThe coffee was fine but the cannoli was stale, soggy and cold.I don't know what's happened to Via Verona but I don't think I will be back
