First time visiting this dentist, and I had a perfect experience! I was very nervous about my appointment and Dr. Louis was reassuring and comforting - so friendly! The receptionist was lovely too! He walked me through what he was doing and kept me informed the whole time! I would definitely come back, and recommend other people visit!

Honestly the best team in dental!Louis is so kind and I definitely felt comfortable in the chair.The girls are friendly and will look after you extremely well.

The team at Coomera smiles are amazing! Dr Louis is extremely caring and professional while seeing both of my boys who have recently had teeth issues, his kindness and understanding about the best approach for their dental health has been greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend!

What wonderful experience right fromentering those doors til the end. I had a chipped tooth and the only day off today so was a little desperate. I thought I would try my luck at getting an appointment sometime before the weekend. I got there and was told booked out til June but could be put on the waiting list in case of any cancellations. I walked out and within minutes got a call that they could fit me in in 20mins. I wasn't sure how I would go with my son with me but I was so grateful that they could fit me in so quickly. I had my son in the pram while I was getting my tooth fixed but he them became restless so the lovely receptionist held him and calmed him. She was so kind. The dentist and assistant were both amazing also. They made me feel comfortable and made sure I was happy with the service. Its not my first time here and every time they have always been amazing. I highly recommend them.

Got my front tooth fixed today due to a chip - both the receptionist and dental workers were all so lovely, amazing, professional, gentle and talk things out. Can't rate the highly enough. 10/10!!

I usually find dentists to be quite daunting but was made to feel extremely comfortable here and welcome from the moment I arrived. I felt reassured and well looked after throughout my appointment. The team were amazing!

Very happy as always with the team at Coomera Smiles. They have been treating my children throughout the years and all my children have beautiful and healthy teeth. Recently they got me in within a few hours of calling in with Dr Louis as I had the worse tooth ache and later that night I could eat again with no pain at all. Would recommend Coomera smiles to everyone.

We had a wonderful visit yesterday.My 2 year old had his first visit to the Dentist and has not stopped talking about it, since. Dr Louis was so friendly! He came to the waiting area to explain what he was going to do and my son felt so comfortable that he went straight in to the room with him and sat on the chair. He got to watch tv while Dr Louis counted his teeth and cleaned them. I couldn’t recommend Dr Louis any more! It was such a great experience and we can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely amazing!! Staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they are all lovely and friendly. Dr. Louis is the only dentist you will ever need again! He does high quality work and just wants to help you achieve your teeth goals.
