Vodafone Armadale

Spent time with Nelson and Curtis today. More than helpful and will be back to this wonderful store for any future Vodafone queries. Went to Vodafone after competitors provided poor customer service and was delighted with the service, attention and diligence from the team here. Will keep coming back.

The man we asked for help was uninterested and rude. Maybe because we weren't spending money with him. Definitely won't now.

Curtis is without a doubt the best salesman I've come across at a phone shop.He is very knowledgeable about the phones, deals, and down to earth to talk to. He took the time to ask lots of questions as to what make/model I was after, how I use my phone and suggested personalised recommendations and deals that best suit my data usage and memory storage options. Curtis was extremely patient in hearing out my situation and came up with a great deal that surprisingly costed me a lot less for more. Took the hassle right out of upgrading and tough choices.I went into the store with my partner and my sister and we are all already with Vodafone. He asked them about their current plans and wasn't bothered by time to look at their plans to see if he could assist in any way. We explained that my partners mother was borrowing one of our contracted phones and he was able to fix a sim card deal for our mum into the package without hurting the wallet. So she gets to keep our old phone and no longer has to worry about getting a new phone/sim. My sister ended up leaving the store with the latest Samsung as she was unaware and then notified that her contract had ended and shes eligible for a new upgrade at no extra cost. He actually found a better tailored package for my sister and her partner and also reduced the cost of their contract.We could not be more satisfied with the service delivered. Very thankful and happy for what he could do for my family and I :) Massive thumbs up for Curtis! Thank you!

Came into store today. Spoke to Zane in Armadale store. Found him to be very helpful as usual. Always very friendly and a great help to us. Oldies not being great with technology so can always come in and get the help we need and exceptional service. Will highly recommended the store for any queries and sales advice.

After spending the morning lining up at the Telstra store, I was quickly greeted by Curtis at Vodafone right next door. I was able to get a new phone and everything I needed for a much better price and no annoying queues. The staff were friendly and the deal was much cheaper than I anticipated. Great job Curtis, loved your work and love the new phone :)

Was greeted by Andy Le straight away, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and a warm vibrant positive attitude. He was well presented, nice hairstyle and answered all of my questions after discussing with him and finding out all of my necessities I found out I was spending ridiculous amounts of money which I could be spending on other everyday life items. Was welcomed by his Colleague Zane he was also very fun and vibrant, he put a new meaning to the word AmaZane he listened to everything I had to say and reassured me that I was getting the best deal for my dollar. Would highly recommend the friendly staff at the Armadale store for future business. Awesome stuff boys keep up the good work!!!!
