Awesome service. Dropped by expecting to drop off two tyres on a Friday arvo to collect next week, but was sorted within 10 minutes.

This is my first ever review of anything.Extremely negative and negligent experience from this group. They completed a wheel balancing on my front wheels. One wheel fell off within 3 weeks / ~800km of being fitted, while the other had a missing wheel nut and progressively looser nuts (ie rattled up in clockwise direction once rather than opposites twice followed by a hand torque wrench). This occurred with a full load and a boat in tow at 100km/hr. We were fortunate to stay shiny side up.. Required 3x days of repairs in a small nearby town to replace lower control arm, front disc, front hub and wheel nuts plus significant damage to the side panels of my 2017 vehicle.The gentleman in the Best Drive store initially apologised, noted they were busy in the lead up to Christmas and promptly advised he would liaise with head office on how they could help. Following day, head office advised him that their service had nothing to do with my wheel falling off and the other being loose on the basis it is impossible after that many kms were covered. The local fellow advised he was now of the same view as his head office and that I was part of an unfortunate accident and implied that as my rear airbag bolts were loose (installed 3 years prior by another group) it indicated I drove recklessly. They also advised it was impossible that a vehicle could leave their shop without properly torqued nuts due to their rigorous processes and procedures... Now herein lay my concern.. While accidents happen and can be corrected for the future which I would usually consider myself a constructive supporter of; this slippery response is simply covering up and dismissing negligent work practices which need to stop.This is why I am sharing my review for the benefit of other innocent members of the public seeking routine maintenance to their vehicles wheels or suspension. As such, my advice would be to pull into Best Drive at your own peril.. Or carry a large torque wrench and do it properly yourself - I will be.Cheers and have a good day.
