I’ve used this service for the last 2 years - but finally had it. For my last 5 appointments (which are booked weeks in advanced on a recurring calendar), TidyMe has cancelled bookings 30 minutes prior to scheduled time - “unable to find a crew member”. Even more frustratingly, they have TERRIBLE customer service, and have basically become uncontactable over the last few months, with sporadic responses often days after I’ve sent a text asking for a reschedule (the fact that i have to chase them for a reschedule when their team hasn’t shown up is a whole another thing). To top it off, the two visits i rescheduled…were cancelled the day of as well.Simply put, do not use this company. It’s infuriating, inconsiderate and most importantly, noone will turn up.

Don’t bother with these guys. You book online, give them your credit card, but then don’t actually have cleaners available to clean your house. They only told me this a day before my planned cleaning day - which was two weeks after I made the booking. Go elsewhere!!

TidyMe service is highly unprofessional. Firstly they took a booking on 5th October for cleaning up my apartment every 2 weeks starting 7th Oct, and then on 7th Oct morning they sent me a message that cleaners cannot come and there is no one available. How can you take a booking when you don't have cleaners. After 2 weeks when they were due again, they sent me a confirmation on Tuesday 18 oct that cleaners will be visiting my home for cleaning on Friday. Again on Friday morning I recieve a message and cleaners are not available and cannot visit. This is highly unprofessional on TidyMe team to first send a confirmation and then last minute send a decline. You cannot just leave your customer to figure out their house cleaning for last minute.I will not recommend TidyMe to any of my friends/ famil/colleague.

Have used tidyme for over 2 years now and finally left after months of poor service. Cleans are very average, bare minimum. But worse is customer service of the company themselves: at best extremely poor communication, often not finding out until the morning the cleaner was due that no one was coming. No effort made to find an alternative, even when we were extremely flexible on days & times. At worst, no communication at all: for one recent scheduled clean no one turned up and after sending 3 messages to tidyme, received no response whatsoever. After emailing the company this feedback tidyme simply cancelled my contract?! Bizarre behaviour. Strongly advise against using this company.

Hired someone to come in and clean my apartment, this person showed up only to potter around and leave within half an hour. No reason why, no excuses and didn’t answer my phone calls. When speaking with the company, their response was to give me a “50% discount” on the next clean, just to ignore me when trying to communicate via email regarding the due amount. Lack lustre company with an even worse sense of accountability.

I booked 6 months of fortnightly house cleaning two weeks ago to start tomorrow and have only received notification by text today that they cannot supply a cleaner in my area. I would have expected a telephone call at least. To say I am disappointed in an understatement. I now have to start the process of researching cleaning companies again. I will not recommend Tidy Me to friends or colleagues after my experience.

Cleaner didn't show up. Checked my account bookings and noticed TidyMe pre-books the next 10 bookings automatically. To cancel you need to open a ticket via their webform. They were fast to cancel but the whole experience is not customer friendly. Would not recommend.

Listen to all the one star reviews! I've been trying to get someone to clean my home for a month now. With no shows (without any correspondance) and last minute cancels. They blame the pandemic for lack of staff but that's no excuse for unprofessionalism. So don't accept my booking then if you can't fulfil it! Can't believe this company are still in business.

Booked a clean in the city, easy to use site and good prices. They text me the day before and asked if possible to come in a wider time window (I said no problem and gave an 8h window) then they messaged me one hour before the cleaner was due and told me it was cancelled. This was my first clean on a subscription plan so big beware to new customers, they probably just won't show up and you'll be left with a dirty property last minute!

I have attempted to get my house cleaned since December and they have not been able to find one cleaner. Notification is last minute and they do not have a service that allows you to contact them directly... no phone, no email.I was recommended this company but I do not recommend it to you. I had them booked weeks before and was having a rental inspection (while we were interstate) and they cancelled on the day.Save yourself the bother.
