Went to this store to change currency on Saturday 24th June, and arrived before they were due to open at 9am, but there was already a sign up to say Back at 10am"... If you advertise hours then surely you should stick to them?"

Thank you Jeanette. You have to work in a difficult environment with all the noise around you. With the distractions, difficult phone call & the problem you encountered helping me with my new card you were very patient. Surely you should be in an office not a cubicle open to world!!

I spoke with Janine on the phone and indicated what I required.I attended the Travelex kiosk the following day and was greeted by Jeanette the customer service agent.Jeanette advised me that the amount I required was ready for collection in the denominations I required.Both ladies were consummate professionals.I will definitely be using Travelex service at Tuggerah in the future.Thank you.
