Very rude staff, word of advice, count bottles and cans before taking in, certain I had more than the money I was given. Definitely will not be returning!Edit: against my better judgement I returned, 2nd chances are sometimes better experiences right??NO WAY!Be warned, these people will give you way less money than what you take in.Absolutely disgraceful customer service....Some feral guy told me to grab a trolley and put recycling in myself as they count them!! Wtaf!Dont give up ya day job guys! Unless you get a promotion to work at the dump!Stay classy and keep up the great job!

Have been here a few times now and had a good experience everytime. I count bottles and cans beforehand, pull in, longest I've waited was a minute or two to be serviced and you've got your cash and on your way

Prompt service always received from the team, today however! I drove in after a huge downpour with 4 large bags of cans from our sports club and 4 people had our 1281 cans counted in no time and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. Thank you! Always a pleasure.

Very dishonest company, one of the workers especially Dylan middle aged very rude and dishonest with money and counting go to hackham much better service and honesty...

Woman that served us was as dishonest as can be. She asked if we had counted the bottles and cans and I said yes they have been counted. She asked how man there were and I said I wasn't sure as my wife had counted them, she then asked me to call my wife and ask, why? My wife was at work so I couldn't call her anyway. I helped the lady push the 2 trolleys to the bin for counting, although there were other customers standing there she asked us to wait out the front, hmmmm..., I stood out the front and watched her counting the bottles and she kept looking up to see if I was watching her, she then moved behind a large bin out of sight of my daughter and I. She said we had $39.80 in cans and bottles, the automated payment machine spat out $37.60. My wife had counted $58.20 in bottles and cans. Extremely dishonest and I will never go there again.

They workers there were very cordial. I also believe they don’t screw your over. I’ll always start coming to this recycling place.

I'd counted my bottles and cans so I knew exactly how many I had and they said I had less, tried to let them know that's what I had and they said they even gave me one that wasn't a recyclable. I wouldn't bother going there again. They ripped me off 7 recyclables. If it was 1 or 2 it would be ok.
