Monkey mania prestons was giving us a good expirience and all with food and drinks, until we witnessed a middle-aged woman screaming at a group of kids for simply having fun. While trying to intervene we were screamed at and our pride was stripped from us. This group of kids was than spoken to by a worker in which she was not patient enough to hear out both sides and without thought started screaming at this group of kids. Yes, maybe they were being abit loud but this does not give any individual the rights to scream at another's kids for simply just trying to have fun. This worker did not give these kids an opportunity to speak which built an anger inside of me. If you are looking to have some good food and a somewhat good time go, but dont be shocked if your kids come back crying because they were screamed at for no reason.

I recently visited this establishment and unfortunately experienced some issues with the customer service. While playing with my cousins, we were approached by two children who began to bully my cousin. I politely asked them to stop, but later their mother approached me and began to scream at me. The situation escalated when the mother complained to the workers, and I was met with a rude response from one of the employees. While I did not swear at the children, the worker accused me of doing so and threatened to kick me out. I would like to provide feedback on my experience and suggest that the establishment train their employees on how to handle conflicts in a more professional manner.

Today we had my little girls 3rd birthday and we were so happy with everything, thank you Brooke for being so helpful and the team you were all great, food came out on time, the party went very well and all the kids had a blast and the adults were also happy.We have been here a few times already and will continue to come back, definitely recommend.Keep up the good workCheers

My son had his 6th Birthday party today, it was in the superhero room. Sophie was the host, she was professional and friendly and I must say that she is great host who entertained the kids. They really enjoyed themselves.

Expensive .. took a 1 year old and he’s the same price as any other aged child even though he doesn’t use the whole park like older children.Air pressure hissing the whole time is so loud.Our white socks were absolutely filthy when we left.

I am a member as I signed up to receive the benefits but so far I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I went in just before Australia Day with my 2yo son and it was Tuesday and despite having the toddler Tuesday signs out to attract people you don’t actually get that price during school holidays which is written in tiny writing. I also had my 16yo niece with me and she got charged as a child even though she is bigger than me and couldn’t possibly go on the playground. Thankfully after complaining the manager refunded me the price of my niece but refused to refund all 3 of us as they don’t do change of mind refunds. So we had to stay regardless, I then ordered lunch from the kitchen which took a long time and I paid over $20 for fish tacos that looked like something my son had made. Please do not apologise for the way I feel. I find it is very patronising, that is not what I expect out of my review. I’ll correct some thing’s I paid $25.80 to be exact for the tacos and fries and a yogurt but the fries were fine unlike the tacos, this is not the first time food quality has been bad for me at this particular centre. Yes parents go on the playground to supervise their kids. She was not their to play on the equipment and she didn’t. I don’t believe my review is unfair I have been to many indoor playgrounds; crocs, chipmunks, major fun are just a few that already have their prices set lower then your member price for children under 2.

Awesome place! Has age appropriate zones which are definitely suitable if you have different ages. The play equipment was in good condition and the entire place was clean and tidy. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My kids love to come here. It’s big, well maintained. It has a section for little kids and 4 birthday party rooms. Around the main play area it is always supervised by staff. And you need a guardian to accompany your kid(s). Best to buy annual membership and your 5th visit will be free unless they change the terms. There is a mini soccer ground too. Remember to bring the socks. Highly recommended.

Great place, enormous playground with plenty of seating inside for parents and 4 birthday areas. We came here to pass a few hours in the morning and we think this is where we’ll have his next birthday party…plus you haven’t seen Wow World (attached to it inside)

My kid always loves coming here, although I wish the pneumatic air stuff worked properly. Only 1 of the 4 air guns were working properly. Other than that, it's a great place to take your kid.
