Hamish made my house purchase and settlement experience a nightmare. Once the house settled my name on the title deed had a spelling error and the mortgage not discharged from the previous owner. I picked up this errors by checking all my documents after one month of settlement. It took them about 4 months to discharge the mortgage from my title. I would not recommend this solicitors. I paid them to do a job and the job wasn't done as it should have been.
