I had a very difficult repair problem for my bike. The younger male mechanic at Giant Glenelg was super helpful & it was obvious that his knowledge base was extremely good. I learnt things about bikes that I never knew. His repair to my bike was superlative considering the difficulty of it. Thanks Giant

Kristian is leading a great team at Giant Glenelg. I’m very tall and require a extra large frame, so special order to get the bike in. They helped me through the models to get the best bike suited for me I ordered they kept me informed and the bike arrived when they said it would. When the bike arrived Phil gave me a world of knowledge with bike fitment and adjusted everything to suit for my riding this took over a hour and no charge. Todd helped me with accessories and answering questions in between my order and getting the bike. I highly recommend Giant Glenelg Kristian gave me a great deal and I received exceptional customer service.You guys exceeded my expectations, thanks guys.

Went there today during hectic Tour Downunder time where everyone seems to need help with their bikes. I needed a wheel trued which was able to be squeezed into the day and the mechanic was very helpful and knowledgeable about my wheels. We have been here many times over the past 13 years and always find them helpful and good prices.

Giant at Glenelg is amazing. Super easy to get an understanding of your bike. Will go out of their way to make sure everything is right. Used their services 3 times now. Always had a good experience. I've had bad experiences at other bike places. They love what they do.

The owner/manager of this store has a lot of integrity; he helped me make a decision regarding my bike that was in my interest, not in his own. Rare to find someone in retail that is both knowledgeable and honest. Great people to deal with.

Most bike shops go out of their way to make you feel welcome and hear what you want. Not here. I went in and would have bought a propel but the guy tried to sell me a defy. He was reluctant to let me touch the propel and pretty much kicked me out for asking about it. Hope he reads this and knows that he did himself out of a sale today

I had a puncture on my e-bike and had to walk from Henley Beach to Glenelg as it was the only bike place I could think of for help. The guys were amazing, they sorted out my puncture, fixed some issues with the front wheel, put on a new tyre and checked the bike over. Absolutely stoked with the service and help from these guys. Top drawer.

I have dealings with a number of bikes shops in Adelaide and the team at Giant Glenelg are the best! They give excellent service at a very good price and the workmanship from the mechanic is fantastic. So if your looking for a bike that will listen to you advise you and help you visit Giant Glenelg!
