First time experience in dealing with an online dealer. I was impressed with the communication and transaction process. Car was driven to my premise for test drive and provided a full presentation/demo of the features of the car. Trade in negotiation was fair and we purchased on the same day. Highly recommend contacting Boris for an all around considerate and honest service.We were looking for a car after the Canberra hail storm damaged our car. Boris was prompt in contacting us and proactively providing the information. My husband traveled to Sydney for a test drive and was impressed by the hospitality and time extended to him, including a lunch with Boris.And above all, Boris delivered the car to Canberra, on time and his communication is impeccable - not something that is common these days.We are very happy with the car and the service provided. Definitely five stars!

Everything was fantastic when dealing with Boris at Euro car trade. Couldn’t be happier, there were a few issues thanks to border closures but Boris had great communication and was flexible with options to work around the complications that arose. Thanks Boris very happy with our car and the kids still love the toys :)

It was a great experience. The Euro Car Trade team made it very easy for me. Both the team at the dealership and the finance (recommended by the dealership) were very responsive and helpful to make the process effortless and very quick for me. Boris is a great guy to deal with! As I haven't had enough time to validate the car itself, my comments are purely on the purchase process and dealing with Boris. I will try to leave a comment in a few weeks on how the vehicle performs and if it meets the description shared by the dealership.
