The team were fantastic. I needed a new cat carrier and they were so helpful. Because my girl is quite long they advised me on the best one to buy and spent the time to help. Will definitely be back when I need something else.

Rang this store today to find out if they have Ember Tetras, Megan, store staff advised they have a couple. So I rushed to purchase them, only to find out when I got to the store that there were many Embers in their tank. Then she integrated me about why I'm purchasing them. I advised that I tested my water yesterday and that my water is in good condition, she wanted to know the specifics of the bacteria levels and also said in a derogatory manner that she didn't test my water so she needs to know. She also made a comment saying I'm asking because they are animals " in other words I'm not going to look after them. Never have I ever been spoken to like that before. I made a complaint with Jade the 2IC when I got home.I've had great service from best friends in murrumbeena

Always great service. All the products you need for your pets. Good selection of fish and great price. Keeps me comming back for my animals. Can also have pet tags engraved on the spot in thier automated engraving machine, you pick the tag and type you want both sides.

I have shopped here a few times but find the pricing overly expensive. I also didn't like the way the cashier attempted to shame me for not wanting to make a further payment (round up the purchase price) to a charity the store supports. If the store wants to support a charity, it is my view that the store (not the customer) pay the 'round up price' rather than guilt customers to pay more than the already over inflated prices. Most people already support their own charities without the pressure from this store to support their charity.

Really great customer service and easy to get hold off. Spends time in to answering all the questions instead of rushing through things.

Everything you need service and product wise for any pet. In house vet, grooming service etc backed up by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Only pet store you will ever need. Head and shoulders above the rest.

Very friendly staff at the counter and helped relieve anxiety with answering my questions and gave me tips on how to use the products safely with animals

The store has a large layout which is easy for social distancing, they have a good range of supplies and sometimes sales. Retail shop staff can be a bit too busy/distracted for 10/10 customer service but okay.At the back the OurVets clinic has been outstanding - kind and helpful, patient, and informative.Pricing reasonable compared to vets closer to Melbourne. Would recommend.
