All the guys...Nick, Kiwi and Mike (and Tina) were great. Even with the extra hassle of Covid restrictions they got it to us in time for Christmas. Best Christmas present ever. We had purchased our caravan from Adelaide Custom Caravans online without viewing. The whole experiance from first point of contact to Craig leading us country bums out of the city so we didnt get lost was nothing short of professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.We arrived on a Friday evening out of hours and we greeted by Nick and Craig who welcomed us with a hot coffee and genuine service.Craig and Nick are 2 of the most honest people that we have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. If I could give half or no star even that would be too much. Our van delivery took ages and after only one month one suspension bolt broke off during driving. After 4 month another bolt broke off and with it the whole rear axle, spring and the two rear wheels. We could have been killed out there. ACC sold us an unroadworthy van and left us hanging high and dry without any help whatsoever . We deem the proprietor Craig ( Kiwi ) to be an unprofessional and rude person.

We have an Ocean Breeze van from ACC never had a problem that they cant help us with. Very friendly staff, if they cant help with an issue, they will find someone who can.

Great team and great s3lection of used and new vans

We bought our Nextgen SE Streamline 20.6 through Adelaide Custom Caravan. Nick and Craig were awesome nothing was too much trouble as we designed our van to how we wanted. They both gave us great advice and suggestions . Would recommend Nick and Craig if anyone is looking to buy a caravan do yourself a favour head on down for a chat to these guys...Very happy with our van everything has worked fantastic.. Bought our NextGen caravan 10 months ago and have taken it to lots of SA. Nil problems at all. Love it to bits. Great service from Nick and Kiwi. Thanks guys.
