VicRoads Custom Plates

Ordered new custom plates, arrived as per desired time limit.

No issues with the ordering, payment, dispatch or delivery process of my custom plates. Got them in about 7 business days. The hard part was to find a combination that wasn’t taken!

We put in an order as the call centre person confirmed that all orders before Dec 20th 4p cut-off will be processed as normal. Based on this information, we returned our previous plates to VicRoads as the new plates should be coming soon. They don't provide any tracking number and there is no way of knowing when it will get delivered. When we called up yesterday, they said it should be coming yesterday or today. Again we called up today, only to learn that the order is yet to be processed and it's likely to take one more week. We are bow stuck with a car without number plates. What a customer service!

Contact customer service for an update 5 days since lodging application. Very good service.Was delivered 2 days later.I'm exceptionally happy with delivery, packaging and the product itself.

Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order in back in June, got rejected and still haven’t given my money back lol. I’ve emailed 3 times, called them twice but keep going around in circles. They keep saying my cheque should be in the mail between 5-7 working days. Dogs

Vicroads Custom Plates has the worst customer service I have experienced from any organisation! They will not own responsibility for the failings of their system to simply send a number plate to the correct address.Appalling lack of communication, calling them by phone is impossible.#alanmorecroft - shame shame shame.

Called up to enquire about a combination that wasn't available online, and found one of the most condescending CS agent on the other side that one could ever talk to.The agent did not appear to like the fact that I had tried to do due diligence by checking if the combo was already linked to a vehicle. After noting the combination down, he in a very dismissive tone asked me if I was after a Signature plate, further informing that they were currently unavailable. My question - how would I know when all that your website asks me is to Try 2 to 6 letters and/or numbers" and tells me "Sorry! This combo’s not available" if it's unavailable?!! It gives me no information about the so-called signature plates unless I go and specifically look for them.If doing your job properly with a little courtesy is so difficult

Too easy and just excellent experience from online order to quick delivery! Perfecto! VicRoad is very nice and awesome to deal with too!

I have a feeling that when you put in a combo to see if it's available, and when it is, and don't buy it straight away, there computer copies your combo and sell it. I put in 4 available combos, and since I didn't have the money, I check back 4 days later and all gone!!!I tried again with another combo, also available 2 days later.... Gone. But others also said similar things too.They using us to write combos and then they sell it themselves. Sad.

No issues ordering my custome plate very friendly staff, just wait was a bit long, can't wait to put it on my future car
