Never cut your key here. Cash only, no receipt, no key!! First key did not work, return to re-cut, 2nd key did not work, return 3rd key did not work this time done on key without Jackie’s keys imprinted so no proof of purchase for refund.Try to help out a local small business and this is what service you get. Went to Bunnings, paid 1/3rd the price. Got a working key first go.Shame on you Jackie’s keys!!!

Took a blank car key here to be cut. Very poor cut and could see to the naked eye that it was not matching the original key, unsurprisingly the key didn't work. The man was very defensive and told me he would not guarantee the cut due to the key not being purchased off of him.I should've known to turn around after seeing the way that he spoke to customer in front of myself. Will never again go here and definitely recommend people reading the reviews before going in, unfortunately I didn't.

Got a gift engraved here. Refused to give a receipt even upon request but was asked to pay first and collect in 45 minutes. When I returned, I was told that they had lost the name I wanted to have engraved and so had to wait again. Upon completion of the job, the name was positioned off to the side, at the edge of the gift, instead of the centre. I was told it is because they don't have a clamp to hold it in place. Also there was no choice of font. Thanks for ruining my gift for a friend. Go to Mister Minit next time!

Told my wife they would cut a new key for my car. Instead they took the contents of the old key and put it in a $30 case, for $135. Robbers.

Brought a garage remote in to get a replacement battery. Handed the remote over so they could check which battery was required - then paid $15 for a battery that Bunnings sells for $2.50.Remote still didn't work so I checked which batteries were provided - turns out they provided the wrong one and never opened it up to check...

I bought remote for garage $80 when I questioned the price he said he not Coles and he only buys 1 at a time checked at Bunnings it is $40 double the price what a profit double the price l would not be surprised if that’s where he got it from and put his own mark up. Not going there again
