Got a zinger box (which they charge more now as it comes with boneless chicken instead of wings) there would be more meat on 1 wing then I got for these 2 boneless pieces. How can you look at something and go yeah someone's going to want this for the price they have paid. Zinger burger was also chewy like rubber.Honestly can not be bothered to call and ask for a refund as usually they don't answer the phone this late as last time I had to call the next day after ringing them 5 times with no response.

Staff were more focused towards drive through customers. It took a while for them to realise someone inside the outlet to take out an order.. May be that is the reason why the restaurant was literally empty.Food was good other than the chips tasted very salty. It appeared that they did not mix it properly. The outlet is located in a very convenient location with good parking space right in front of the outlet.

Went there today 14/03/2023 at around 12;30 pm. I ordered a 3 piece feed. I handed the guy at the window some cash......he then had the nerve to ask if I wanted my change??? He didn't ask for a donation for a charity, he just straight out asked me if I wanted my change!!!! WOW!

This is the second time, asked for as many legs and thighs as possible. In the past month I end up with no thighs or legs in both. Are the staff that stupid really!! The first was full of wings which I dislike the second was supposed to be 10 pieces and got 9 pieces of breast and wings. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone else. Shame on the management for not training their staff properly!!

30 min wait in drive through tonight (Thursday 6:10pm). No warning of continued delays or updates as I progressed from order to payment, no apologies for the delay when I finally received my food. It looked like there was enough staff but I think they were prioritising customers in store and ignoring drive through.Please fix your speaker so it's not right near the exhaust fan and people can hear the staff member clearly. Food was good and hot.Not coming back. 30 mins in my car for fast food" is not reasonable."

Worst Kfc I have ever had....We ordered a giant feast meal,Everyone was disappointed we didn't expect this at all.The original recipe chicken was dark and looks like almost burn, top of that the chicken was so dry.The Fries was soggy and not seasoned properly too...Not going back there again in future.

Was at the ordering counter and no one bothered to come to me for a while and when they did decide to come I was ignored till they had a light bulb moment and asked if I wanted to order food. Service was very slow. I had issue with this KFC few years ago and haven't been back there, now I know why I shouldn't have. Service was never a strong point of this store.

I recently ordered from KFC Kings Park using the KFC app and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. These people are cheat. In a week, I order 2 times drive through ordered 10pcs wicked wings box got 8 pcs only and 2nd time I ordered 6pcs wicked wings and got 5pcs only. Seems like doing purposely…Bl**dy cheat
