My partner and I bought her engagement ring and both our wedding rings here,I had done a bit of research before hand and found Koro was registered with the jewellers Association of Australia , and they sold GIA approved dimonds,We wanted our rings made in platinumwe also had a rough design of what we liked and very importantly a budget in mind , The team at Koro went above and beyond toAccommodate us .We left very happy, if you have specific design in mind and a realistic budget I highly recommend giving Koro a try !Thanks Again :) !

Stopped in today in search for a wedding band for my fiancé. The male staff member was rude and a bully. I left the store feeling terrible. Reading the response from the previous post, I dont blame Sarah or anyone else from disliking their experience at this store. Do not shop here.

I recently had my old diamond ring re-designed with the team at Koro. I am so happy with the outcome. Michael made the whole process so easy and my new ring was ready in a week! I love it so much that I can’t stop looking at it.

I was outside the shop looking at a piece of jewellery through the window. I took a photo of the piece. A women came out and very rudely told me that they have a no photo policy and if I wanted to look at something come in the shop. I was then asked to delete the photos off my phone. I deleted the photos and informed her that I will never be back. I walked away thinking your rudeness and policy has just cost this shop a lot of money.

Claire and the team at Koro were absolutely amazing in helping me to create the perfect engagement ring. I had (and still have) no idea about jewellery, diamonds, the design process, jewellery insurance and everything else that goes along with an engagement ring, but Claire and the team guided me at my own pace, with no pressure, with professional advice and got me through it with a beautiful ring to show for it. Happy with my engagement ring.. the team working here are really awesome, from customer service to the actual quality and beauty of the jewellery. The prices are reasonable too, you could get a ring that is custom made onsite , for the same price as a generic ring (made in india!!) from another mass retail jeweller. Keep up the good work!
