Great experience. Sales team were super helpful and friendly. As we live out of area we opted to pick our mattress up when it was ready. However a week after ordering we received a phone call to say they were delivering another mattress in our area and would be happy to offer complimentary delivery. Delivery guys were great too. Very happy, thank you!

Was greeted within a reasonable amount of time upon entering. Was taken through the analysis that checks what type of mattress suits your body, good hygiene practices as we had a liner provided for the pillows and mattresses we tried. Very happy with the service, one of the lovely staff even gave our daughter a stuffed sheep. Left having purchased a new mattress.

Came in to look for a Mattress, and was looking for a plush mattress, however I found the lady abrupt, rude & not very helpful or friendly, so I went to the store next door, Sleeping Giant...such a difference, friendly, helpful and welcoming, maybe fortywinks shop assistance had a bad day... I definitely won't go back to this store, the other places...yes I will.

The lady worked on 3rd Dec is not professional at all.The bed frame we are interested looks too big and the queen size mattress does not fit properly. So we asked, the lady said it is designed in that way for bed sheet to tuck in. Still we think too much space at the end of the bed, so decide to go. But she keeps talking it is designed for sheet to be tucked in and thus how it works."Being so rude (can tell from her face and tone)Very unprofessional and rude sales."

Our sales person Amanda has gone above and beyond to fulfill our 3 different large orders. through our indesisiveness and stressful decision making, Amanda made sure our wants and needs were fulfilled and even stayed 30mins after closing time with a coworker named Jacob where they both reviewed the order to make sure everything turned out perfect. Would recommend 100%

Great bedding and mattress storeThe range of stock was great and the sales staff were very helpful. The store is well laid out and very welcoming. The store itself has a particular calming and refreshing perfume scent throughout which is without a doubt for their experience and strategy.The prices are a bit expensive compared to the competition nearby. The products you choose will come down to price and choice. Otherwise a great store and worth a visit.

I must say this young gentleman Kim was amazing with his customer service. I shopped around but Kim provided me with lots of information and help. He answered all my questions and made the sale smoothly.As a customer I wish we have more people like him, I was very impressed and happy to have come across him. Also I was very impressed how spoke very well about his job and employer. I will definitely will come back in the future.
