Etty Bay Beach
This tiny beach is home to a family of cassowaries, although I arrived too late and missed the opportunity to catch a glimpse of these splendid birds.

Beautiful beach only known to the locals if lucky you will sea a cassowary walking around and there is a nice little fish and chips shop on the beach

A gem to find. Hidden on the coast in a small bay at the bottom of the hill this beach bay has a stinger net for safe swimming & a caravan park with small but newly built & installed cabins for rent/hire. Very friendly atmosphere. Toilets also have showers.

Absolutely wonderful. There is a stinger net so you can swim safely. You can also see cassowaries if you're lucky enough (only found some prints in the sand but that's a proof they were here). There was nobody when we came, it was so peaceful!The place is really beautiful, it's worth the trip!

Another out of the way beaches that not many tourists wound see. Has stinger net for swimmers, bbq's, great views.

A beautiful beach. Perfect place to see where the rainforest meets the sea. Stinger net available and public toilets. Small playground but fully in the sun. A local cassowary often walks by the beach too.

Beautiful spot. At the southern end the forest comes down to the beach, the northern side has the amenities, parking and the caravan park.There are tables and benches shaded by trees.Cassowaries patrol the beach. They cross the road at the sign but will steal, rob and fight for any fruit they can smell.
