REMONDIS Coolaroo

I can't believe the my horrible experience with Remondis. I called them to pick up general waste and found out the next day it was recycle instead, so i had to call again for general waste pick up, then they charged me twice for general waste pick up and recycle pick up. Remondis repeated the same mistakes 3 times to me within 3 months time. When i called to dispute the bills, they only admitted 1 mistake. I called customer service asking about contract termination process, the lady in customer service said she had done everything she can to help me, then just hang up on me. It was very rude, she certainly needs more training on how to handle customers complaints. Now i found another service provider who offer better price and more frequent service. By the way, my site is in springvale, Remondis only provides recycle service once a week on Tuesdays in the area, whereas my new service provider is able to pick up any day Mon-Sat. Obviously, Remondis is not very competitive in the area, I believe they are also losing customers and market share...

I strongly suggest you require services else where, These guys service for the company i work at we have missed 3 weeks of bin pick ups, have called every day for the last 2 weeks no one calls back and still no bin pick up has been done. Still receiving invoices for the service also NOT HAPPY

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. One of the recycling trucks damaged my car whilst doing the daily rubbish run. After 6 weeks of empty promises and wishy washy statements, no action has been taken. It appears that no policies are in place and no one knew what they were talking about. Very dodgy company.

Left 3 messages in 3 weeks for someone in customer service to call me, after being on hold for an eternity so I could make a booking. I have now given up. Maybe they should reconsider the name customer service?I can now highly recommend KS Environmental! Great team who pick up the phone straight away and make things easy. 5 stars for KS

Worked for Remondis from August 2021 and was fired Monday 20th December 2021. 4 days before Xmas and was never given a reason. Do not work for this company as the Vic Sales Manager (NEET the SCROOGE) is very un-professional and a liar

Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. You have to sovle problems yourself. Staff are incompetent with a special shout out to Cecilia Tubungbanua. You should be ashamed as a person and as a company.

Not sure how they think bottle collection/crushing is legal or smart at 4am in suburban Collingwood, but apparently they do, as it's an ongoing issue.Attempted to contact company which ignored all my attempts to talk to someone about it. They're clearly comfortable with illegal pickup times, leading one to wonder what else they are happy with.

my standard pick up was missed yesterday and I e-mailed and still not collected today tried to call but left on hold for over 30 mins

Worked here for nearly 12month. This is a company that is toxic and bad for your mental health. HR does not respond to any complaints. Management is pathetic, doesn’t deal with any problems and in there eyes you are just a number. Do not apply for any jobs at this company.
