Platinum Medical Imaging

After reading the reviews on google, I was feeling doubtful about my appointment. While the clinic is slightly run down on the exterior, it was pleasant inside. Reception and all staff were lovely and accommodating. Reception knew I was fasting and made me a priority to be seen as my appointment was a weekend and they don’t open until midday. I was seen at the time of my appointment and enjoyed the experience.

Definitely not recommended!Booked an ultrasound appointment for 10:40am I was told to arrive 10 minutes early, almost 35minutes past I haven’t been seen. With a full bladder I had to sit and wait. What’s the point of your appointment system if you don’t know what “appointment” means. Staff are uneducated probably not even qualified. Extremely rude.

The worst medical imaging I’ve be ever visited, my appointment was at 12 and I waited and waited till 1 o’clock and my name was still not been called, I asked the receptionist and she very unprofessionally answers “well we’re busy” without providing any reassurance. Never again to go there again.

Today 14/3/2023 my mum who is unspeakable English lady went there for ultrasound and she has an appointment for 10:15, she reach there at 9:14 and waited there for 1 hour and no body call her and she wait another hour after that she went to ask the lady to asked and they said you’re trybtwill be after 1 people but according to my mum they are giving more priority to others who speak their language so she called me at 11:40 and told me everything so I decided to speak to lady in receptionist she said we are having delays which I can totally understand but for 2 hours keep someone wait, is that fair, and also she said you’re mum is here at 10:30 not at 9:14 which is not true, she again told me that now after 1 more person it’s you’re mum true but still my mum is waiting there. I don’t recommend throw place for abyone who is I speak English.

We had a scheduled appointment on the weekend and decided to arrive half an hour early, just in case. However, we were disappointed to find out that we were not seen until an hour after our scheduled time. Throughout our wait, we noticed that several people without an appointment were taken in before us, and we were told it was due to emergency cases. When we decided to inquire about our appointment slot, we were initially asked if we had paid yet. The ultrasound technician who administered our scan was quick and we were finished within 6 or 7 minutes, but we did not get to see much of the baby, this was our first opportunity to see our baby and hear the heartbeat. The photo that was printed out also had poor quality, and the equipment used seemed outdated. We felt like they only cared about rushing us in and out of the facility and did not take the time to provide a quality ultrasound. I would highly recommend seeking other options that prioritise quality and customer service.

my 17yr old son had an ultrasound appointment today at 10.40am. He was there early, let them know he had arrived & was told to go wait outside in the cold, rain & wind as there were no spare seats. He went back inside after 30mins to ask how much longer, only to be rudely told you will be called when its your turn". Meanwhile

Dunya at the front desk is super lovely, a ray of sunshine, very helpful and genuine. The scan was done relatively quickly and I was able to get an appointment quite soon.

The minute I walked in the front door and approached reception (I was so nervous and anxious, as my health was really bad), a lovely happy, bubbly, smiley faced lady by the name of Dunya, greeted me with empathy and expertise. She was so helpful and very professional. I got my Ultrasound and CT Scan done withing half an hour and I didn't even have a appointment; I was thrilled to be seen that quick! Basima who did the Ultrasound was so nice; she made me feel very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff that made my visit at 'Platinum Medical Imaging' a stress free one! Hatice Nazir Tutumlu.

Worst experience ever, first of all the place was absolutely filthy, baskets full of dirty towels leaning against the wall, the “kitchen” fridge in the middle of the waiting area where the 2 staff members proceeded to have a heated argument in front of everyone waiting, had a large bag of liquid with a syringe sticking out of it for all to see when the fridge opened, medications and lunches shouldn’t be In the same area. Someone then came in the back door and dropped a bag of food off on the floor in front of the fridge in the middle of the waiting area the food just sat there. I watched 3 people go in to the same treatment room and no towels or bed sheets were changed between patients, only detol room spray was used in the air which was very unpleasant. After 45 minutes of waiting and witnessing how the place was operating I ended up asking for my referral back and leaving. A lady followed shortly behind me. The receptionists didn’t seem to care much either. The place should be shut down.

This clinic was easy to get an appointment the next day for a scan and the staff were lovely. Exceptionally busy clinic. I went to my specialist appointment today and my results are not back over 2 weeks after the scan, I made the app within ample time to have the results back, it’s really not good enough
