Went to Glendale store on Sunday 1st May and wanted to use my flyby points but did not know how to transfer them across to the card. Sarah was on the register and helped me with it all so i could make my purchase. I so appreciated her customer skills and her kindness and patience.

I hadn't been there for a while, but the front of the store had a facelift making the entry looking fresh and inviting.I have always found the range and prices pretty good, but if you are buying more specialised (aka slow moving) items like imported or craft beer, vintage champagne - it always pays to check the age/freshness/use by dates.Mostly they are fine but I have been disappointed with an imported beer and French champagne.

The store is looking good after the recent well overdue maintenance (probably due to the opening of the new Dan Murphy’s down the road). Prices can be good but do not buy a discounted wine there unless you have tried it first. The last two I had I poured down the sink.

Ordered online went to pick it up and they have no record of my purchase. Showed them confirmation email and still would give me the product. This was a present for my mates daughter's 18th end up having to pay for another. Sorted it today by phone and they offered $10 voucher for good will. Poor to say the least. Don't buy online.
