Very courteous. Very professional. Honest. Did exactly what was promised. Kept to the schedule without any issues. Very refreshing to have these people working in the building industry as standards don't exist for the construction industry any more and there is no regulation to control the industry. Had 3 firms to give me a quote, but Joe was the one I felt at ease with, he is local as well.Joe is very professional, friendly service and a great worker. Joe and his team were profession and completed the work on our home without issue. He was easy to contact and got in touch frequently to give me updates.

Our roof leaked in several places including around a skylight. A builder and another handyman tried to fix it to no avail. When I met Joe I had a good feeling about him and didn't even get a second quote. He was professional (kept me informed of the timing, good communication, cleaned up afterwards, and willing to do extra things). His 3 years warranty gives assurance that he knows what he is doing! Joe is honest and very friendly. His quote is reasonable and he shows up on time. One thing to note, he is very busy so you need to keep in touch as weather can play havoc with his work schedule. Will use him again.

I was VERY IMPRESSED with the Innovate Roofing team. From the prompt timing of Joseph turning up to quote the gutter guard job, to him seeing a few tiles that were cracked and fixed them on the spot during the quotation review (didn’t even have the quote yet or the job but just did it out of kindness) to him getting the job and keeping me informed of when the job would be done and then his team doing the actual job. They were clean and tidy, even cleaned up my neighbors side yard from the leaf debris from the gutter clean.I would highly recommend INNOVATE ROOFING to anyone. Joe (who is all about customer care) and worked for Empire Roofing and equally Ali who is also great. I researched roofers and I found these guys - EXCEPTIONABLE !!! Why go to anybody else. They quoted over the phone but I wanted to sure that they understood what was needed and around they came (the story/quote was the same). Did the the job despite the Sydney storms which did so much damage elsewhere, so must have had heaps on. Communication is great and result is EXCELLENT.
