Won’t be back. The veterinarian looked like she did not want to be there the day we visited with our fur baby for her yearly vaccinations. The check up was more than a 30seconds checkup and upping arrival in the room there were numerous syringe caps on the bench.l which clearly you wonder the benches are not cleaned after each fur baby patient.The staff upon arrival were so kind and caring but that is where the positive stops. We would normally visit another greencross however that is temporarily closed. Won’t be back to the Lawton clinic.

So rude and disgraceful the staff in there are totally incompetent and cannot seem to grasp the fact that miscommunication happens from both parties, then put all the blame on the customer, “Doctor Jess” is so arrogant and condescending in her approach with people. Not to mention the invasion of privacy when I was told “the other nurses heard as you were on speaker” without telling the customer the “junior receptionist” was getting confused and needed help. Thank god I am no longer taking my dog to this vet, I would rather drive 30 minutes than go to this vet in my neighbourhood.

Kirsty K, Kirsty, Jess and the rest of the team are just magnificent. I had complete confidence leaving my little girl there to have a tooth extracted. They took very good care of her and rang me when she woke up to let me know everything went well and she's doing fine. I highly recommend this practice.

This is the best experience I have had with a veterinary clinic. I’ve had animals for a long time, and been to several in the area. The nurses and vets here are so compassionate and you can tell they love animals. They are so gentle with my chihuahuas, Benji and Enzo. They even call after their appointments to check how they are doing and are always available for advice. I recommend Greencross Lawnton.
