I purchased my Pajero sport through Mitsubishi Hillcrest March 2023 This is my first experience with Mitsubishi, historically I've been a Nissan gal. I purchased my vehicle through salesperson: Paul.Paul provided information to assist with my decision making, but he was never imposing. I found Paul to be respectful of my choices and ensured I was happy through every step of the process. He provided clear and concise communication and was able to set clear expectations on the purchase process. Paul was in regular contact with me to keep me updated on the progression of things and was always friendly and kind. Overall, Paul facilitated a relaxed and professional experience throughout the entire purchase process.In this current market where cars essentially sell themselves, Paul showed genuine appreciation for my business. He went the extra mile to ensure I was happy throughout the process, and he valued my time. He was honest and adjusted the vehicle price when there was a change, that I wasn't aware of! This level of customer service makes him an asset to Mitsubishi Hillcrest and a standout from other dealerships and definitely someone to consider purchasing your next vehicle from.
