Extremely Horrible Experience. Ahmad is a Extremely Dodgy. So unprofessional, gets you on the ATO watch list, tells you he lodges your tax return and then the following year you find out it is not lodged and that’s you’re in debt and owe money that you never should have. His response is “I’m sorry, what do you want me to say”. Never using again and for the people I know who are using him I will show them the messages to prove.

The first time I spoke to Ahmad on the phone, I knew he was going to be the accountant for me. He was able to explain everything tax-related in a relatable and understandable way. I have also spoken to Manel a few times on the phone and have had the same connection.The PFG team are well-versed in what they do and will look after you. Communication could be improved.
