In order to assist we did loan Peter another Coffee Machine when the unit was finished it was stated that the handle was missing an no one at ACM had any recollection of it arriving Peter refused to pick up the unit until the handle was found or replaced . Rather than disputing the loss ACM reorder the handle at the cost of $184 to which no charge was made. As for the claim that we increased the price find extremely had to answer as the actual cost was not calculated until the day before Peter picked the unit up. Thus how could a staff member quote any figure is hard to understand.

On Monday the price quoted was $195, by Wednesday the price had escalated to $232.10. This place is a nightmare in motion. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Last week, we ordered an ECM Electronika 2 Group from ACM for our office. The unit was delivered on time and the man who came to drop it even activated the machine for us. So far, the machine seems to be an outstanding coffee equipment. It’s so simple to use and alsobrews some excellent espresso. I must say that this espresso coffee makers rocks.
