I was crazy about soft drinks. I was here two years ago and had so many fillings on a lot of my teeth. And I came back here this year only need three teeth fillings. With less than half an hour's notice, I was booked in and seen by Pik who knew and understood exactly the problem being caused by an abscess. Diagnosed, prescribed and out of there on my way from constant pain that was only getting worse to recovery. Thanks to all involved! A highly recommended team of experts.

Really friendly staff. Had some urgent dental work needed and the team and Dental R Us fit me in and made sure I was looked after. Really caring great support pre during and post treatment.

Unpleasant experience. We asked the price before the treatment started however the staff didn’t tell us the full price (consultation fee was not included. Not sure it was deliberately or a mistake). so we ended with extra payment.

Very Poor service and amateurs playing at being professional.firstly, I made a booking on their website only to be told that this system is not functioning and is out of date. the booking I made online was cancelled and they ask me to make another booking instead. I then made a book over the phone for the following Monday. the Receptionist wanted me to make an appointment for Saturday instead, when I decline I was questioned as to why. I had to then explain that attending an appointment in the CBD was not convenient as I was not at work. Finally, she relented and allowed me to make an appointment for Monday at 2 pm which she said was available. After all this and confirming in person over the phone, when I showed up for the appointment on Monday I was told that my appointment was given away as I didn't answer a call, bare in mind this call was during a meeting I was attending. she also said she had texted me, but when I checked there was no text. I even sent a text back to confirm I had not received a text from that number.What was it felt to me was that they trying to maximise their appointments by stacking as many as possible. Profit-orientated rather than people orientated.I would never recommend this practice and would actively dissuade anyone from using their services.Very disappointing and a big waste of time.

Very helpful and friendly customer service. Professional dentist. The whole dental experience was efficient and caring. Definitely recommend this if you are looking for dentists!

I was visiting Adelaide a few weeks ago when I broke my front tooth late on a Friday afternoon. In a panic, I walked into the clinic, where Cindy the friendly receptionist arranged an appointment first thing the next morning to squeeze me in before opening hours. Dr. Daniel Yeun did a wonderful job repairing my tooth. A huge thank you to everyone at Dental R Us for going above and beyond to help me!

It's an awesome service there. It was my first experience to do teeth check up and filling. The dentist was very nice and patient to me. Finally I got my mini tooth hole filled and whole teeth cleaned. Oh，the location is convenient for us to find.
