I went there to have a look at some furniture- one gentleman (younger guy) was very helpful but the other (older guy/manager) was condescending and arrogant in his communication.They took down my details and were going to follow up on a few items.Since then I have contacted them by phone and text and I can’t get a reply.The one star is for the lack of attention they’re giving to their potential customer, their horrendous manager and the fact that they seem completely indifferent about a potential $2k-$4k sale!

Worst furniture Mart. Do even think of buying from these guys. Chose some items and paid deposit , remainder was to be paid after arrival. After 30/40 days they confirm availability and paid remainder. Then sent emails and 4 text messaged but no response. Had to go to warehouse. They told me that delivery will be arrange by today. When contacted by the end of working day, they said, sorry your items are out of stock. Since then no response to my emails.

Love the quality and the look of all the furniture - and at incredible prices

I have a recliner lounge from Vivin imports for more than 2 years now. Love it for the quality, comfort and electric functions it offers.

Very disappointing customer service and communication. Would have gotten more communication from a brick wall also left my boyfriend with no help loading up our bed frame he has a bad back and ask for help and they still refused.

I purchased a leather lounge, arrived in good time and was well packaged to protect my lounge. Arrangements for delivery were well managed and delivery drivers friendly and helpful.

They are big fraud. If you have paid for back order then forget that you will get your item in time. Wait for few months. you may possibly be end up by a sorry message that supplier have not supplied and we are going to refund your amount. This is what happened to me. They told me refund my amount but I am still waiting for my refund. I posted this on their facebook account and they blocked me. So if you are think buying from these fraudsters, think again.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have received, but to be honest, I didnt receive any service! The Vivin bedroom suite I purchased from Harvey Norman looks horrible, and was just outside of the warranty time frame. Harvey Norman had passed on images to Vivin and their response was that its outside of the warranty, and provided with nothing else, not even a possible remedy to fix it myself! My bedroom suite that was just shy of $3000, the two side tables and tall boy is all split, but the bed has not?No explanation from Vivin, after calling, emailing months on end I've had no word from them. First and last time I'll ever buy a Vivin product.Edit - As mentioned, the retailer (Harvey Norman) stated they contacted you with images, is this then true or false? The product still have tags on them because it hasn't been used!

Text messages, emails and phone calls were always returned in a timely manner.The quality of the furniture is outstanding and we couldn't be happier. Once styled and finished, our property looked stunning! We are extremely happy with the end result. We also had a budget we wanted to strictly stick to as we had just purchased our investment, and Reshad made it happen well below that and well below what other companies quoted.The whole operation right through to installation was well done. Even the installation/furniture team were so friendly and accommodating!I'm writing an essay because that's how exceptional their service was! Truly professional and friendly.Look, when you're investing large amounts of money and time into something, you obviously want good returns, and Vivin Furnishings was hands down an excellent choice for our investment property!
