Very impressed with Robin from Refair. I called on Sunday morning to arrange a call out for my front loader washing machine. Within 10min I received a sms and arrangements were made for him to come the following morning. Robin came on time and completed the works very quickly. I was also grateful he kept the noise down to a minimum as much as possible with my baby sleeping in the back room. He called before he arrived and left no mess after the job. I’d welcome him back again should I need his services in the future. Highly recommended.

Called this company on Sunday after my machine sporadically stopped working. I got an immediate response and was told they could come on Tuesday. The technician arrived at the exact time that was told to me (that’s never happened to me as I’ve always had to wait for tradies from other companies to arrive) He was extremely professional, polite and meticulous with his diagnosis. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.

I called this company late on a Sunday and they had a technician sent out immediately. He arrived at 19:20 on a Sunday evening; fixed the problem all with 20-30mins. Our washing machine is now working perfectly; however some spare parts have been recommended. Tomorrow I will receive a quote for the parts and if I want, the technician will return to fit them free of charge!! All work is guaranteed and all at a flat rate!!!Couldn’t not be happier with the prompt professional service, the price, and the result.Highly recommended business for any household whitegood/appliance repairs!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My washing machine drum stopped spinning on a Saturday. I called for help @ approx., 14:00 & received a call back very quickly. Everything was clearly explained to me over the phone re call out fee & any potential parts. Despite being a Saturday, the call out fee was $150.00 V a business day. I must admit, this was my fault, I put too much load on my washing machine. I was so worried & upset with myself as I do know better. The gentleman who called me back advised that a technician Robin" would attend my property btw 15:00-17:00 & that I would receive a call from Robin 30 mins.

Not happy. $150 call out fee for a 5 minute visit, could have told us on the phone what the problem is. Part replacement is almost more expensive than new machine, which any experienced technician would have known when he heard the symptoms and the brand. Did not reply to us when promised (1 day late). Avoid this company!

Our Asko dishwasher had broken down, Robin came in and saved the day! Saturday appointment was very convenient, Robin let us know that he was on his way so we weren't left waiting around. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, no waiting for parts. Very neat job, everything put back the way it was. We would definitely recommend RefAir.

Absolutely BrilliantIt was on Saturday morning my fridge was not working,Spoke to Steve and he arrange technician within an hour.Technician called RobinHe was also Brilliant he came in and just within 5 min, he know exactly what was going on with my fridge.Then they ordered the part and and came installed on Monday.Thank you RefAir Appliances RepairI will recommend to my family and friends ❤
