Excellent service and prompt to resolve any questions I had. Amazing staff. They were extremely busy but managed to address my queries quickly.Incredibly friendly and provided excellent information.Will definitely visit again.

Go anywhere else. Terrible customer service on both visits. What’s going on with the staff in this place? First time, the older ladies at the front treated me like I couldn’t possibly afford anything in the shop, so I brought my business around to the shop beside T2 who were absolutely lovely. Second time, the younger receptionist (on at 1pm 18th May 23) thought it best to communicate with facial expressions between drinking her water bottle and listening to me ask for advice. I had to vocalise my own answers to avoid awkwardness. Is it snobbery or just staff who think they’re above helping customers- either way you’re receptionists at a retail shop! Wise up!

I visited the OPSM in Karrinyup looking forward to getting the perfect pair of glasses , and instead I faced with rude and apathetic staff members who didn't care about the customers and I was expecting to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, However It looks like this shop missed the memo on what it means to provide excellent customer service.It's a real shame when businesses put their bottom line before the satisfaction and happiness of their patrons.

Go to any other opsm or glasses store, bought a pair from here about a year ago and they stuffed up the first prescription so had to order new ones and had very poor customer service. Just ordered a new pair this year and had to deal with very snarky and rude attitudes from both ladies of staff, makes the whole process more stressful and unpleasant than it needs to be. Should of learnt my lesson the first time, i will never be coming back here again!

Stay away from this store, after spending 1000's on 3 new specs and also lump of money for partners specs, they 1stly messed up the script the 1st time, then I needed replacement parts and new lenses , just got told, order them online from Oakley, so tried that after half an hour of no luck finding the frame parts I gave up, then get told oh we dont make that type of lens anymore come in and redo the order for another type! " I am sick and tired of giving good money for rubbish after sales service GOODBYE OSPM CEEEEYA! Anybody reading this.... be advised take your hard earned money and time elswhere

Visited store last week to get an eye checkup and new glasses.Was a bit concerned given reviews but was pleasantly surprised with professionalism and service.

Worst experience ever. The receptionist / optometrist didn’t say anything or warning prior before I did the eye exam and it was my first time doing it in Australia, I was not prepared for the red and blue flash, I was terrified the whole time. Never ever come back!! Also, bad service!

Really happy with the service! Fast, efficient and super friendly. Big thank you to the staff, I love my new glasses!!!

Went to OPSM Karrinyup after a specialist appointment. Spoke to the manager for about one minute before she was quite rude and decided that a customer who walked in behind me was more important. Not impressed so went to a different shop. OPSM missed out on 4 pairs of glasses being sold as a result of staff lacking customer service skills.

Do yourself a favour and go to a different store!The staff at Karrinyup were rude, disrespectful and not interested in helping anyone. When I went to order, I was asked to wait while the lady finished something on the computer. As I was waiting around, she decided to take another new customer and start her glasses order even though I was there first. After I asked her about it, she didn't even apologise and responded: Well I can only serve one customer at a time
